Feel free to read through this page but to sum it up for you: every drum guide, chord pack, sample pack is 100% Royalty Free and there's no restrictions where you can use it. Given the nature of digital products, every sale is final. No returns or refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

The Basics

A drum guide consists of a pdf with drum patterns to help you create your own drum patterns. Also included is the associated midi files and in some cases, drum samples.

A sample pack consists of any of the following: complete samples, the stems of those samples, midi files, mp3 versions, one shot sounds.

In either case, use these samples and guides for your own creations as you see fit. These can be for profit or not.

There's no limit on streaming numbers, downloads, views, performances, rights, etc. You can use what you purchase here in perpetuity without any usage reporting.

A Simple Restriction

You cannot sell or license what you purchase here to others. You can take what you purchase from Rudemuzik and use all or parts of it for your creation (ie podcast, song with vocals, video, film, etc). You are not allowed to take what you purchase here and resell it as is.

Samples are intended to be synced with other media (vocals, video, speech, images, etc) and are not intended to be used standalone.

What If I get a Copyright Claim on YouTube?

Copyright claims suck and we try our best to limit getting them but they're inevitable nonetheless. Occasionally YouTube will find music that has similar elements.

But since the samples we use are 100% Royalty Free, you're in the clear.

In this case contact Youtube and tell them you licensed samples from Rudemuzik.com on a royalty-free basis and your creation is different from the other party.

Here is a template you might find useful:

"The music used in my video titled [Insert Title Of Your Vide] is a derivative work that uses elements licensed from Rudemuzik. Rudemuzik has provided me with these musical elements on a non-exclusive basis. The creator of other videos on Youtube are using the same elements. They too have been issued a non-exclusive license from Rudemuzik.

I am the rightful owner of the music on my video. Please remove any restrictions. "

Can I edit the samples to work with my project?
Yes.

Can I resell individual samples?
No!

Can I resell the drum guide or individual pages of the drum guide?
No!

Can I post images of the drum guide on social channels?
No!

How do I download my files after purchase?
Immediately after your purchase you'll be shown a download link. We'll also email you the link so you'll always have it.

How long do I have to access my downloads?
Forever. Simply log in to your account and download again.

What About Returns?
Given the nature of digital products, every sale is final. No returns, no exceptions.
