Behind The Beat | The Connect

The Japanese koto is the star of this one and blends with strings and flutes to make this banger of a beat. Mix in some Caribbean steel drums, an organ, and flutes to take it to the next level.

I break down the beat here and show the different transitions and explain how this beat originally was made with idea of a low-key deal going down (think shady drug deal by the docks at 2am type deal).
